		<description><![CDATA[NEAP 2012 CONDITIONS OF ENTRY 

1. ALL ENTRANTS MUST BE EMERGING ARTISTS which for the purpose of this
 competition shall mean that they have not had a solo exhibition in a commercial
 gallery and have a desire to develop their careers in the field of Art.
 
2.ENTRANTS MAY NOT ENTER IF THEY HAVE PREVIOUSLY won
 the Overall Prize for NEAP. Sectional winners may re enter.
